At Home HIIT Workout - No Equipment Needed

 What is a HIIT workout anyways?

 

HIIT stands for High-Intensity Interval Training.

 

HIIT is cardio-based and burns fat like crazy! There's short intervals so you can push yourself harder each time rather if you were to do a 30 min jog. Research shows you can achieve more progress in a mere 15 minutes of interval training than the girl jogging on a treadmill for an hour.

 

*note: please make sure you can do all of these movements before starting.

 

 

 I've listed the workout below:

 

1. 30 sec mountain climbers

-30 sec rest

2. 30 sec jump squats

-30 sec rest

3. 30 sec burpees

-30 sec rest

4. 30 sec squat to curtsy lunge (right leg)

-30 sec rest

5. 30 sec squat to curtsy lunge (left leg)

-30 sec rest

6. 30 sec plank

 

rest for 1 min and then REPEAT
