Party Booking/Reservation Policy:

To ensure instructor , date and  time slot availability; party reservations can not be booked for dates that are more than 30 days in advance.

***$50 non-refundable deposit required for booking. Instructor and studio time slot is secured at time of deposit. Remaining balance is due and to be paid in full 7 days prior to event/party date and is also non-refundable.  Reservations for parties made within the 7 day time period of the event date must be paid in full at time of booking. *** Balances not paid within 7 days prior to event will be subject to cancellation!***

Party packages are based on group pricing, not person pricing. Packages are priced for private studio rental and instructor time. Parties with 10 or more persons will be expected to rotate pole participation time. Price does not include tax or gratuity. Tip/gratuity is expected and required. All tips are to be given directly to your party instructor at the close of your event and is the responsibility of the customer/hostess. Tip Expectation:: 1 Hour Party-$35.00 minimum; 1.5-2 Hour Party-$55.00 minimum. Parties booked Monday-Thursday are considered off peak time slots and require a $55 minimum tip. Party time slot will be for 1 hour only (No exceptions). Outside snacks are welcomed (i.e. fruit and veggie trays, cheese tray, cupcakes tiers, etc.). Cups, plates etc. are not provided. No coolers, food warmers or additional tables are allowed. Decorations also welcomed but must be discarded by the hostess/party at the end of your event or a clean up fee of $100.00 will be charged to the card on file at the conclusion of the party.

As a courtesy to your instructor and any previously reserved parties/events, all parties must conclude at the scheduled end time. Extra party time can be requested prior to event if availability permits at $30 for 15 minute increments. Must be paid upfront or at time of request. Rescheduling or time adjustments made within 7 days of event/party may incur a $25 rescheduling fee (adjustment subject to availability)***
